Choose Love!

Our relationships with others can be a source of great joy, but sometimes also stress or pain. By learning to love purely, by separating attachment from love, the unhappy times will disappear, and we will find the joy we seek. As it says in Eight Steps to Happiness,

We [will] have discovered an inexhaustible fountain of happiness within our own mind -- our love for others.
Each month we will delve into another area of developing pure love for others.

Free Public Talk: The Way of Loving Kindness
For the 10th anniversary of our offering classes in meditation and modern Buddhism in Casper, you are invited to join us at the Tate Pumphouse for a free public talk.

Loving Kindness, also known as "affectionate love" is a pure and peaceful state of mind. It is not needy, and it is not conditional on how people behave toward us. If we develop loving-kindness toward everyone, our mind will always be peaceful and calm, and we will bring great happiness to the world around us.
