Making Meditation a Habit

Wednesdays at 7:30 - 8:45pm

Making Meditation a Habit

Regular meditation practice benefits every aspect of our lives, including our work, relationships and our sense of peace and fulfillment. Because of the many demands of life, we may find it difficult to establish a daily meditation routine.

In this series, we will learn how to bring meditation into our daily life no matter how little time we have available. Through understanding how to make our meditation as effective as possible, we will gain deeper experience of its benefits. Gradually we will find ourselves naturally drawn to our practice more and more regularly and joyfully.

This class is being taught by Jamie Holland from KMC Colorado!

Jamie’s teachings are full of humor and practical examples that illuminate the depth of Buddha’s profound teachings, making them accessible for everyone to apply to their daily lives. Loving Kindness is the Answer

Wednesdays at 7:30 - 8:45pm

Loving Kindness is the Answer

Break through the dark clouds of misunderstanding and conflict and see things anew with a clear and open heart of loving kindness.

Applying meditations on love will help us let go of our dissatisfaction and will heal our relationships, making them joyful, harmonious, and deeply fulfilling. Love elevates our mind and allows us to see good solutions that remain hidden to the mind of frustration and anger. Practicing loving kindness is the best method to solve our daily problems.

Join Kadampa Teacher Jamie Holland in this 4-week meditation series on how to apply loving kindness more deeply in our lives. Everyone is welcome.
