Join us for this half day workshop where we will explore the healing power of meditation, learning how to accept and re-define our experience of pain and suffering. Through Buddhist wisdom, meditation and practice we can transform challenging physical and mental experiences into opportunities to gain spiritual insights and inner strength.
This workshop is taught by Jamie Holland, who is known for his light-hearted approach to meditation and Buddhist practice, and whose meditation practice is informed by his professional experience as a clinical acupuncturist. Everyone is welcome.
