Snowshoe for World Peace Hike Fundraiser

Snowshoe for World Peace Hike Fundraiser

Saturday, March 2

Please join us, as we snowshoe in Rocky Mountain National Park from the Bear Lake Trailhead up to Emerald Lake as a fundraiser, or just a lovely day with Sangha in the outdoors.

Without inner peace, we cannot achieve outer peace. We are so happy that there is a new Temple for World Peace arising at the new International Kadampa Retreat Center at the Grand Canyon. It is wonderful that there is such well-qualified retreat center nearby for us. So, we want to help support its growth and development. Come and join us on a sponsored snowshoe hike, or sponsor us!

The snowshoe will be within Rocky Mountain National Park and will take about 4 hours. Starting at over 9400’ elevation, we will snowshoe to within a mile of the continental divide. You may sponsor for a set amount or choose an amount per vertical foot (700 vertical feet).

Donating or registering

100% of your donation (with the exception of the PayPal fee) will be giving to the International Temples Project at IKRC Grand Canyon.
