Saturday, November 23 from 10am to 1pm
When things feel good and we are connected to our own inner peace, happiness, and confidence, then minor annoyances don’t worry us at all – but on the other hand when we feel unsettled inside, not good in ourselves, not whole, split off from our own peace, the smallest thing can set us off. A feeling of gratitude puts us in a fantastically positive emotional place.
We all have things to be grateful for, we just need to learn to do it--to go to that happy place of appreciation. In this workshop, we will explore in a practical way how to practice gratitude in our life. Some benefits:
Improves relationships Improves physical health.
Improves psychological health. Increases happiness and reduces depression
Enhances empathy and reduces aggression. Grateful people sleep better.
* Improves self-esteem and reduces social comparisons
