We all suffer from negative emotions, negative moods and negative thoughts from time to time. And these have a destructive effect on our personal and social life. In fact, these negative states of mind underlie all our problems and unhappiness.
Buddha called this inner negativity ‘mental poisons’. Just as we have to detox our body to remove physical toxins, so we need to use meditation to flush out our mental poisons. Only when we are free from these toxic states can we enjoy a truly happy and healthy life.
This day course will include two sessions - with guided meditations and teachings in both. Refreshments are provided.
